Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Cancel any time and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not refund the current period's charge — your plan remains active until the period ends.

If you accidentally subscribed and have not used any credits in the current period, contact support within 7 days for a full refund.

Top-up credits

Top-up credits are non-refundable once any are spent. Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the entire top-up amount remains untouched.

Service issues

If a documented Aether outage prevented you from using credits you paid for, contact support and we will either credit additional credits or refund the affected portion.

How to request

Contact support through the channel provided to your account with your order ID and reason. Most refund requests are processed within 3 business days.
