Important: only send the matching coin to each address. Sending wrong-chain tokens (e.g., BTC to an ETH address) loses the funds permanently — we cannot recover them.

Send proof in Discord

After sending the payment, join our Discord and DM the operator with:
  • →Your account email (the one you signed in with)
  • →The transaction hash / signature from your wallet
  • →What you want: top-up, plan name, etc.

Wait for credit

The operator verifies the transaction on-chain (typically takes under 30 seconds once it confirms), then credits your account from the admin panel. You'll see your new balance in the chat sidebar after a refresh.

Typical turnaround: 5–30 minutes during operator hours, up to a few hours otherwise. If you don't see credits within 24 hours, ping again in Discord.

Quick FAQ

Why crypto only?+
Crypto means no chargebacks, no card processor middleman, no surprise account freezes, lower fees, and global access. We pass those savings on as cheaper credits and more direct service. Aether doesn't see your card or bank info — there's nothing to leak.
What if I send the wrong amount?+
Send what you want — the operator credits your account based on the actual USD value of what you sent at the time of the transaction. Send $20 of ETH, you get $20 worth of credits. Overpay slightly to round up.
Can I get a refund?+
Crypto payments aren't reversible by design. If we made an error on our end (wrong credit amount, charged for an outage), we'll refund or top up. Buyer's remorse refunds aren't available.
Is this safe? Do you control my wallet?+
No. You send to our wallet from your wallet. We never see or hold your private keys. The only thing we control is what we deliver in exchange — credits in your account.
What's the minimum?+
$5 = 1,500 credits. Less than that costs more in network fees than it's worth. For larger purchases or volume discounts, ask in Discord.
